Body Positivity gave me permission to love my body in a world that teaches us not to. Ten years have passed, and this work has expanded to all aspects of my life. I have learned to tune into my body and say "no!" to harmful relationships,substances,and career paths. I now welcome in the things that bring me joy,and have found community,healing,and a path in this world that feels right for me. Alessandra J
